About Donavon

Donavon grew up in Langley and became a licensed Realtor in 2013, starting his career as part of a residential development land specialist team in Langley and Surrey. After gaining valuable industry experience, he spent several years volunteering overseas before returning to Canada in 2018. Shortly after, he joined RE/MAX Treeland Realty, where he continues to provide an unmatched level of service to his clients.

Donavon takes a client-first approach to real estate, focusing on educating buyers and sellers about the market and their options so they can make the best decisions for their families. He thrives in negotiation, using his thorough understanding of market trends to defend his clients’ positions with evidence and facts. Known for his no-pressure demeanor and calm confidence, Donavon helps clients navigate some of life’s most substantial decisions and transitions with ease.

Outside of real estate, Donavon is an avid hockey player and enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. These passions not only keep him active but also reflect the same discipline and focus he brings to his work in real estate.

Donavon and his wife, Chanelle — married in 2018 — are proud parents to their two daughters, Addison and Aliya, and are excited to welcome their third child in early 2026. Together, they call Langley home and share a passion for travel, adventure, and serving those in need around the world, with experiences in places such as Zambia, Papua New Guinea, Belize, Indonesia, Malaysia, and more.
